i am turning 60 years old on Feb. 11 My birthday present to myself was to be down to 200 lbs, I think I will make it/I am married to a wonderful carrying man. we have been married for 27 years , we have two children nathan and nikki and both live at home. They are working and going to college. I actually have lost 78 lbs but didn't start fatsecret till at 250. I am going to loose at least 50 lbs. more. My husband and my son both have diabetes so we eat only healthy. I do not go hungry and I feel great. in our house since last April we have lost a total of 358 lbs. My daughter lost 101.I lost 78, my son lost 50, and my husband has lost 30. I am very proud of all of us. I will say grocers are a little high because we eat so healthy, lots of fresh fruits and vegges. We all exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week. We bought ourselves a bicycle and a tread mill. I have just went for a check up and the doctor was so happy and I was so healthy. Hes been my doctor for 20 years and never seen me so thin(I wish)
