Part of this is probably because I am getting close to my period, but I have also eaten not so great the last few days. Getting back on track!

I haven't eaten that great over the past couple of days, so the plan is to try to chip away at creating a deficient for the week as a whole. So, no snacking in between meals (except for one small snack after work because walking the dog on an empty stomach is a no-go) for the next few days!
