I think salt and water retention were to blame for the sudden jump in weight. Maybe I'll weight myself again at the end of the week to see if there is a different. I'm super curious about how my body is reacting.

I was feeling really good today, and then I checked my weight. I have apparently gained, which doesn't seems right. I was doing hardcore yard work all weekend, including lifting large cinder blocks, raking out all the garden beds, and moving SO MANY bags of top soil, and was moving and shaking all day both Saturday and Sunday. I literally went to Home Depot 5 times! I didn't track my food, which was probably what did me in. I thought I would be fine with all the activity, but maybe not? I don't think I ate too much though? Is it possibility just inflammation or something? Because I am so sore today!
