I had brownies last night, first real sugar in a few weeks, and while it was so good and yum, I'm really kicking myself today. Being so hard on myself for something so small feels crazy. I am just so scared to fall back into my old habits and be back where I was. I just need to remember that something like this every once in a blue moon won't kill me, and still 100% better than what I used to eat!

bad day yesterday. Well food throughout the day was fine, but my partner made brownies and we ate some last night, and it shows today :( back on track now and no more baking for him.
