Really feeling down in the dumps. I weigh the least I have weighed since October last year so that's good, but for some reason i'm finding it really hard to keep motivated. I keep finding myself going to eat things that are bad for me and having to physically stop and talk myself out of it. Just not a great mindset and its really throwing me. I need to get back on track and remember my goals. 2.3kgs until my first big goal. Fingers crossed it happens in the next week or so.

A girls weekend away in Melbourne, drinking and no dieting going on. So dissapointed in myself for the gain but I knew it was going to happen. Back home now, time to get back on track!
