Im 26 years old and live in UK. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 man. I am looking to get to a weight i feel comfortable with. I want to be a size 8 but am currently a size 10.

Previous to joining Fat Secret I weighed 140lbs. I stopped eating due to home circumstances and lost 20lbs and felt great, now i need to lose more.

I know i don't eat right, i get told everyday. I'm good at saying "I'm not hungry" and I have been to a rehab ward when i was 21, need i say why?
