Ahh back to reality!! Home finally from vacation, chicago and Vegas! Amazingly I stepped on the scale when I got home and astoundingly I'm still 197.6!!! I guess all the walking in Vegas helped, because it was not possible to stay on my healthy eating plan! Planning on getting back on it and to get to my goal. Just hate the fact of being out of the routine of going to the gym. But I will!!!!!!!!

Getting ready to go on vacation and brave the snow and then vegas! Praying that I don't over do it in eating. Don't want to go backwards, but being in an uncontrolled environment and not being able to cook and get my fruit and vegies is going to be the pits!
