Try drinking vodka and club soda, with a slice of lime or lemon...no calories or artificial anything. The only thing bad is the vodka. Smile

Logging Exercise - Resting vs Sitting
They have a "desk work" option. But like Matt55, I leave resting and sleeping and just log my exercise. I don't do the rest of the stuff.

How are you adding pictures into your posts?
Hi All. I've seen many posts where pictures are added and I'm wondering how you are doing that. I have tried every version of copy/paste that I can think of. Some tips would be great!
THANK YOU!

6 miles in 1 hour...Is that a respectable time?
There's a website logyourrun.com. You can map out your run and it tells you the distance. I take my ipod, turn on the timer, do my run then log it when I get home. When I add in the time, the site tells me my speed. It's a great tool for keeping track of runs. It also has tabs for other activities.
