Yesterday I got a stamp of approval from my mother on "Food Flavor". This may not be a big deal to many but for me its a huge deal. My mother eats worse than anyone in my family. If i can get my mom to eat my family then I know she can be a little more healthier.
Soooo what was the deal breaker?? Bite size quiches!! They were amazing! My whole family loved them. I combined two recipes to create the little guys. I wasn't cooking smart though, i believe out of 7 med eggs i used 4 yolks.

This weekend was pretty good. I didn't go and workout Friday or Saturday at the GYM. On Sunday i did play tennis with a friend of mine. We both had breakfast at Denny's and she ordered her food and i ordered mine.
Breakfast was 2 slices of wheat toast and one over easy egg. And drank like 4 cups of coffee. Really becasue their cups are tiny almost 8oz.
That's all i had and i was very proud of myself that i didn't get something more. After we played we ended up going to Jamba Juice. I'm not a huge fan but she wanted to go. Got myself a Mango a-go a-go. Went home and had lunch, chicken, zucchini, and brown rice and of course they were small portions that filled me up pretty well. Later on that night i went out with another friend. Right before we went to watch a movie we had dinner at Johnny Rockets.
Dinner: Tuna melt on wheat w/ Swiss cheese and a side salad instead of the fries. No dressing also. Drank water.
Today we are going back to our normal food intake. One med egg, fat free plain yogurt w/ 12 grapes, 3oz chicken tenderloin, 1/2 cup of brown rice, and 1/3 cup of zucchini. Liquid intake consists of water and green tea.

Alright so I have been doing pretty poorly on the food. I just ate a donut. That's very bad. I haven't gotten a heart burn for 3 weeks until I had that donut. That sucks. Lesson well learned, stick with new diet.
So I've changed my diet to the Bodybuilder Diet and burning off at least 400-500 cal 5 times a week(Mon-Fri). And staying active on the weekends like playing tennis or riding the bike.
Tonight I'm hanging out with my friends and having Thai. I will definitely try to stay off anything that is bad for me.

I weigh myself yesterday. 208lb I'm very proud of myself. I've been working with a trainer and going to the gym 5 times a week. 35-45min Cardio workout with some strength raining. Eating healthy is key to losing weight.
