I love music, games, books, anime, food, coffee, and anything that sparks my interest. I like to try new things and going on spontaneous adventures with friends or by myself.

what are you eating exactly?
Sometimes even if you work out hard but haven't changed your diet you wont see much results. Trust me I had to learn the hard way haha

So I changed my diet, I burn off 400-500 cal 5 times a week and eat a max of 1100-1300 cal a day. I'm suppose to eat 1500-1800 but I will not do that.

It takes time and patience, I know you can hit your goal! Don't give up =D

No soda challenge
Usually I dont drink soda so I'm good on that but! just a couple of days ago I had a sprite... caught me by surprise. 1st becasue I dont like sprite, 2nd becasue I told myself I wouldn't drink soda while I'm trying eat healthier!!

My job gives us free snacks and drinks so it's very tempting. Must think of water only =D

Sometime when I'm not so hungry in the mornings I eat two medium egg whites, and if I am hungry I eat 1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread with one pan fried egg =D
This just helps me in the morning, but I do eat something small again like 2-3hrs after. =D
