I am off the wagon. How can I stay motivated? That is the million dollar question. I have not been getting enough sleep, eating poorly without paying attention, and very inconsistent with my exercise. It is so frustrating to give up what it was so hard to lose. Discouraged today by my lack of inner strength.

Drank a Juice this morning made from Vitamix (Apple/Celery/Carrots). Feel more energy today. Hopefully, I can lose 10 lbs in next 2 weeks.
