Good 1st Protein Day. Feeling both excited and committed, and also at times dreading how long it will take for me to lose 100lbs. But, in the end, I am committed to making this the final diet I go on of this proportion. It is time to live the life I want to physically. Nothing taste as good as thin feels!! I need to get in shape to help me in my physical life, but also in my professional life. If I am in shape, it will certainly help me with continued promotions in my career and lead to more financial success as well!! Managing stress and consistency will be the key to my success!! Go get them John!! Treat this like the first time!! What ultimately matters is not how I "feel", but what I "do"!! Overcome the fear of failure to experience the pride of accomplishment again!!
