I was so proud of myself when I did the 5k run on Saturday and then I weigh myself this morning and was so disappointed that I gained instead of losing so I guess I have to double up on my workouts or do something to get this weight off of me.

Today was an awesome day. I went on a 5k hot chocolate run with some friends and I had a blast. My friend went online to see what our run time was and I was impressed with my number it was 42:59 and to break it down it was 13:50@minute. I was so happy that I did so well. I am ready to do some more 5k runs and I hope the next one I do I will do a whole lot better than 42

I guess last week was not good. I gained 2 lbs. guess I have to try harder to lose those pounds and workout more harder.

All week I have been eating food that I can't find on the list so I guess I haven't been following my diet and keeping a record of my eating habit very well. Hopefully this week and from now on I will keep records of my eating and exercise everyday.

I will do my darnest to get back down on my weight and get my workout back in again. I can't believe I let my weight go up so my new year deal for me is to make sure my weight goes down and my workout is back in.
