Just got on the scale today just to see if I have lost or gain any weight since I change my diet up a little bit and I was surprise that I lost weight It is not much but it is a good start to know whether I am on the right track or not. I will continue on that path and see what happens on next week results.

Opps i can see my weigh climbing and it is not good. I have one more week of meetings and going out to eat everyday for lunch. I can't wait to get back to my regular schedule and get my weight back down and meet my goal

I think I ate too much salt this past week and that is why my weigh went up 2 lbs but that is fine I am not going to get upset just think positive on how to get back on track

My scale was giving me two different numbers so I don't know which is right so I am sticking with the last number

I am trying different exercises and eating variety of foods for the summer since I will be staying home more so I am working more on my abs and strengthing my muscles
