I keep plugging along. hope to succeed. just have to pass up mcdonalds. when ever I go to town I get fast food
have to break that habit. it's hard

I'm a loser not a "loser" but a real loser. so much trouble staying on track. another start to a beautiful sunny day

drove 70 miles to town for groceries. not a good trip because there a mcdonalds there. car couldn't pass it up and I scarfed down 2 bacon cheeseburgers and large fry. back home now and there aren't any around here. today is a fresh start. gotta do it!

going to miss keto meatloaf but will share recipe. 2# hamburger, 2# sausage, 1/2 # shredded cheese, 3 eggs, 1 envelope meatloaf seasoning , 1 chopped onion if desired. mix all together and put in 9 x 13 pan. cover top with bacon strips and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meatloaf temp is 165. cool 15 minutes before slicing. best ever!! enjoy
