I find that not owning a scale really makes it hard for me to stay motivated. I can't see what I wiegh, and I reall don't feel that different from when I started. I tried to make up for not having a scale by measuring my waist, It does't change very ofen and sometimes it even goes up.. then later I find out I lost weight anyway. So confusing. I guess I should just invest in a scale, huh? *sighs*

I'm so happy I lost weight this week. I was having a hard time last weekend. I found out what I was doing wrong though. I would go without eating for 12+ hours because I wasn't hungry, then I would raid the kitchen and practically eat everything in sight. When I forced myself to eat smaller meals when I wasn't really hungry, I never got to that point and stayed full the entire day. This may sound odd, but I guess the seacret to losing weight, isn't just eating less. In fact since I started weight watchers, I found I'm actually eating more then I normally would. I definitly don't mind though. (mostly because it's working!) I'm very happy with my results so far and will definately continue on this diet. (or at least thats what I say now..) We all know thats easier said then done. espeacialy in the summer with all these freaking picnics!
