i am a 44 yr old female who has a lot of weight to lose. i am married and he doesnt make wise food choices and doesnt always get me what i want or need to eat healthy so i do the best i can with what i have. so far i have lost the total of 17 lbs. i have many many more to go (like 67 maybe more). TBL has really opened my eyes to my eating habits, and i try to see how many lbs i can lose in the week that its not on. when they weigh in, i weigh in.tha past 2 weeks i have been stable. no gains, no losses so thats a good thing. i wish i had access to a personal trainer & gym.
