Okay Sorry I've been gone! Summer got the best of me and as a teacher I had to get through September! But I'm back and I've managed to only have gained back 3lbs from this summer of gluttony :)
So now trying to get down to 110 and tone up. Bought those books Eat This Not That...amazing! I got rid of everything in my pantry, fridge and freezer and I'm completely starting over with all the right foods. I've discovered a ton of really good tasting snacks through these books and highly recommend them to any one trying to lose weight or just become more healthy!
