Oh my gosh, I literally almost gave up last night. I felt like the scale was never going to dip below 130 no matter what I did. I hung in there and upped my exercise a little more and I was finally rewarded this morning. Today is definitely going to be a good day.
Special shout out to Imluvdd, thanks for the extra support and for letting me vent my frustrations. I really appreciate your insight. Keep it coming.
