Here's a video about fasting for autophagy. Especially focused on using it to reduce excess skin after a lot of weight loss. Dr. Martinez. The body's older proteins are recycled during fasting.

Last call for the BBB&E 30 day challenge. That's a deep elimination diet to reboot carnivore style. Only beef, butter, bacon and eggs. High protein, high fat, 0 carbs and no allergens. We're going to try it out and see how we feel.
