Hi, I am Erick Vilches. I am on here to learn more about how to gain lean muscle weight, and I started working out on May 1st. Since then, I have made a lot of progress in learning the keys to muscle building. I've acquired humble amounts of knowledge about hypertrophy, mind muscle connection, concentric, eccentric. Still, i know that i have a long way to go and a lot more to learn, but i am happy to take on the challenge and i hope that you guys will accompany along my journey.

Hiya, i hope this isn't too much to ask for, but i would like someone to recommend a bathroom scale for me to weigh myself with and a food scale to measure how many grams of food i am taking.
