Down 10 lbs! I've changed my diet a couple times, so on my page it shows my start weight is 253 lbs, but my highest since I've been on fatsecret was 261 lbs. I can't really see the change yet, but I feel it. I don't feel bloated at all. Food has been ok. I haven't made the healthiest choices, but I haven't been eating as much. I need to start recording again, I was doing so well the first couple months on this site. I've been walking like crazy at least 4 miles a day.

The desks at school are so small. I do fit in them. Thank God because I think I would have just walked out if I couldn't squeeze in. I'm looking forward to being able to fit more easy into them.

So I'm off the whole slim fast diet. I tried for a week, but I just do not like the texture I guess of the shakes. And if I don't like something I have a really hard time forcing myself to eat or drink it. I do like the snack bars ,so I'll probably stick with those if I need a chocolate fix.
