How have I lost 5lbs!? I don't know, but I have. I have had more energy, and my jeans are way looser, but I don't feel accomplished. I feel that I will feel more accomplished when I can fit into my "skinny" jeans with no problem. That will be fantastic!!

I was doing well now I'm doing poorly. I need to find a balance. I found it easier to follow my plans when I made a list that I put right next to my bed and checked each thing off each day if I did it. It really helped motivate me, but I'm still doing pretty good! I'm starting to exercise more and more too.

I'm trying to quite pop completely, but it's hard. I am trying to eat better but I keep getting into old habits, and the exercise thing isn't sticking too well. But I'm losing a little weight, I just need to keep telling myself if just little changes lets me lose 10 lbs think about if if I do what I need!

Today I stared a new exercise and it really kicked my ass. Then I helped my brother move back home which was worse! But it is great for my body!!

I am not starting a diet today, I am making a life changing decision. I want to get healthy. I have been working on it little by little but now is the time to get full force into it.
