I was doing well now I'm doing poorly. I need to find a balance. I found it easier to follow my plans when I made a list that I put right next to my bed and checked each thing off each day if I did it. It really helped motivate me, but I'm still doing pretty good! I'm starting to exercise more and more too.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.0 lb a week
