YUMMY ALERT! Galeos World's Best Miso Caesar... WOAH sooo yummy. It is low carb and low fat... amazing!
On the homefront:
I have to really fight the urge to eat at night when I am not hungry. I still really want sweets, I hope these urges go away soon. I still need to drink more water, but I am doing okay for now.

Well, the big test is over... all I can do is wait. I hope to follow my diet more closely now, especially since the big stresser is over. Today I chose some food that should keep me satisfied. I really miss sweets. Its hard for me to give that up. I hope to loose at least ten pounds by mid December. I will try to get Philip to follow the diet too, maybe when he sees progress he will stick to the diet better. We both love sweets, so it will be hard on both of us.
Well, here is leaving my test results in God's hands... now all I can do is wait.

Loosing weight sucks. I have done some reading and I believe that the Atkins diet is about the best diet for my metabolism. I cannot help but watch the calories and worry, but I am avoiding the desire to starve myself. I hate being fat.
On a lighter note, I have lost the weight that I gained last month. I gained over 7 pounds, and I felt like such a whale. I was deeply ashamed of myself for not watching what I ate. Now I have finally gotten back to square one... 158 pounds. So I guess its all gravy from now on! LOL
I am very proud of my little girl. She has done so well with her weight loss. She is loosing weight, and looks fabulous. She exercises and I know she is feeling very good right now. I really miss her.
