I have been lucky this holiday, my workload has been extremely heavy... I hardly eat at all. I haven't been very hungry, so I just nibble here and there... and I seem to be able to turn hunger on and off. Sometimes I even forget to eat. Today I went to my husband's nephew's house and I just nibbled here and there... some fish, a half of a bagel *yeah I know they are carby but hey its Christmas!! Anyway... I had a small cookie or two... but nothing too bad... my weight is dropping so I must be doing something right. :)

i weighed myself the other day and it was 151...but i am holding this weight for several days now so i will be honest and take this. work will finally be less than 70 plus hours per week so life will get gack to normal
