been months since i've logged on. Still keeping the weight off and I've completed 2 half marathons :) I have been working with a coach and he has me on 2adays workouts. I feel like I have my old body back!

Weigh-in: 124.0 lb

lost so far: 5.0 lb

still to go: 2.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

add comment gaining 0.1 lb a week

haven't been recording my data since I've been using training peaks. Seems counter-productive to sit in front of the computer long enough to enter my diet and exercise in two places, daily. Good luck to you all! I may check in every once in a while!

FINALLY! I was hoping that run yesterday would do the trick, I just want to get over this plateau.
