I am sure that if I can get my weekend dieting habits in control I can kick this into high gear. Now being able to see it and record it is easier than I have had in the past so atleast it will be a more visible reminder to watch what I am doing.

I love this tool. It makes me realize that I can keep up with what I eat AND that I totally blow it on the weekends. Having this downloaded to my smart phone makes it easier to record what I am eating. Not having to go back online later to 'confirm' what I estimated the calories to be. It keeps track and I can watch it easier. Now that I have tracked for a full week I am more cognizant of my weak areas...weekends when kids are home and mindless snacking when they do. And of course there is the wine which I mostly relegate to weekends :-).
