Ordered treadmill today. Excited to get it here. Too cold to run outside and really want to get into a few 5K+ runs this year.
Diet doing better and down a few lbs but don't want to weigh in till next week. Hoping to keep on track.

Went on Vacation...ate what I wanted and TOOO MUCH!
Got back on track though.
Fasting = 4 days
Yoga = 4 days

Not doing well on running because of planned surgery. Thinking to revise that to 104 days of walking/running anyway. Will wait until next week though to do that.
Feeling good about the others. The intermitten fasting is hard but doable. Next weigh in will see if it is worth the difficulty. Also working on reducing alcohol intake. I know that is one of my biggest issues. I LOVE some wine. 1-3 glasses always destresses. Maybe once i get past the surgery next week I can start running again and destress that way instead!

OK...holiday's over...time to get the real party started! Tomorrow kids back in school and time to get started on my goals. 2012 goals:
1) Lose 20 lbs
2) Run/walk minimum 104 times (2x per week 30 mins)
3) Intermitten Fasting 1-2 days per week or 52-104 days this year
4) Track food minimum 7 days per week for 1 month to find areas to improve
