Aargh! I was doing so well and then the snow came and the stress came and my husband brought Lays BBQ potato chips into the house - the perfect storm. I didn't think - I didn't journal and then I stopped exercising. I ignored all of the tools that I know that I should use and am paying the price. That was that. Today, I am journalling and plan to exercise later in the evening which should curb my appetite.
Sometimes, it is like I am making the same mistakes over and over again and should know better. Here's to another beginning ...
