I have been doing a lot of hiking, but the diet has not been great. Since Halloween, it has been down right horrible. I have been avoiding most treats, but have binged several times. I was down to 240 at Thanksgiving. I have also had a hard time getting motivated to exercise during the week. Weekends have been great. But doing more during the week would be very helpful.

Couple bad meals, but over all I would say I did great. With no TV my exercise to couch potato ratio was much better than it has been.

Had a workout with a trainer today. That was really intense. Great experience except when he was checking his I-Phone for messages and talking to his friend about some crazy woman they know.
As for the work out. I am absolutely worn out. Did back and Biceps and I am so tired I can barely force myself to eat and it's been an hour and a half since I got home.
I need to pick up my workout significantly, but can't do that kind of workout before i go to work. I would get nothing done for the first half of the day. Typing hurts.
OK this Journal entry is a little on the whiny side. it was a great workout, but I am done for the night. I'm ready for bed at 8:40. Done and Done.

Great week. Lots of fun working out and I love hiking on Mt. Lemmon. 6000 KCal burn yesterday. Loving it.

50% of my calories was lunch. I can't believe I did that. Could have at least skipped the fries. Ugh.
I tried to make up for it at dinner. Total was about 200 Cal over. not too bad, but could have been much better.
