OK so here I am joining online community because I cant find any support at home...I started atkins in august and lost about 30 pounds... I also quit smoking so that has made it hard not to be putting stuff in my mouth... anyway... Now I am in a plataue... my husband works shiftwork at the mine so he is home a lot... and is making it hard for me... I think he is single handedly jeapardizeing my chances of loseing weight and feeling good about myself... I need more self control and someone who can understand my frustrations... does anyone else find it as hard as I do not to run out and get that KIT KAT!!!!!!!!
