Enjoy, photography, fishing, camping and all sports and activities. Like being around positive and active people like my wife and son. Try and stay busy doing things with family and friends.

Diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid arthritis)and high blood pressure along with some hypertension so eating good and staying active is a must. Also would like to lose some weight and become more active along with eating healthy foods. Already lost 8 lbs, 20 more to go!

Just signed up today on this site and really looking forward to some of tools and support here. 52 years young here and always considered my self thin but in the last 5 years or so have had some comments about my fat gut. Looked at some pictures of my gut and it really hit home. RA and high blood pressure, the loss of my gall bladder last fall made me really think hard how I would love to be around for my 9 year old son and wife. For the last 6 weeks I have tried exercise and diet and have lost almost 10 lbs. My weakness is the evening, that's where I eat like a pig. This is a problem. Any suggestions would be great!
