Had a chance to spend time with my sister and parents yesterday and the subject of food came up. I feel I eat relatively healthy but to hear the stories of how much McDonald's meals cost and what my sister orders at Burger King, I know exactly why parts of her dietary intake give her G.I. issues. My dinner description was air fried pork tenderloin and cauliflower, hers is frozen pre-seasoned pork - chicken - something - baked or fried. I didn't have the heart to tell her I like my pork to taste like pork and not teriyaki. Same with pot roast, it should taste like roast and not gravy.
