Started using FatSecret about 7 or was it 8 years ago? I had already come down from 225 to 180-185, not sure where exactly. Marked 180 as a starting point and started tracking food. Came down to 170 and decided I could drop some more, exercise more and build muscle mass. Got down to 160 and kept that for a few years. Amazing how much easier it is to run and play soccer with 10 pounds less on you. Well, wight cam back up and decided 2019 is the year to get back to my 160-165 weight where I felt the best. When I weighed in at 176.6 in early Jan, that was the heaviest I had been in the last 6 years.

160 hear I come. I doubt I will reach it by summer when I turn 52.
