crap day, felt ill, slept til 3 pm with aching bones, much tramadol taken.
well, messed up on diet as i could not stand up long for real cooking... and had roast chestnuts and bowl of cereal today, ll i could manage to "cook" while feeling sp crappy..
almost 7 pm, feeling a little better managed to walk the dogs and have an apple.. will see if i can do some paperwork but doubt it. Some kind of non-flu flu, wiped me out today...
well, there's always tomorrow lol

just taking a break from sorting the flat to make some nice lean home made beef brisket jerky in the oven.. i am gonna teach myself to chew my food more slowly using bully beef lolol..
i am really enjoying feeling like i am finally taking control of my life - it certainly has done a lot for the absolute numbness i was feeling for so long.. finally, i am doing something to work my way back to the me, physically, that i felt was my best point in my life.. i can get back there or close enough.. but the hardest part was taking that first step in the opposite direction to the easy lazy numb depressed disconnected one i was taking up to now.
yay, me... he he he

morning of day 3, tiny bit disappointed i didn't shift one gram lol but trying to remind myself that it's not going to show up overnight unless it was water weight anyhow..
not letting it dampen my reserve tho!
Onward with the flat clear out today, it keeps me from sitting at the computer all day (just much of it ha ha) and i am interested to see if any "lost" things bob to the surface as i have a good deep clean and clear out.. lol
last night i did 10 crunches - may not seem like much, but its the first time in a year.. so i patted myself on the back over that. I found some good thick foam to use for a temporary mat til i can get a better one - hard floors kill me any more.. grr this growing old blows!
once i make a bit of space i may dig out my "yoga for inflexible people" video and see if i can unbend this petrified carcass of mine xxx
feeling positive x

day 2, so far so good..
sticking to the diet and not snacking on anything bad or late seems to be working.. andi have been keeping very physically active (for me lol) with a good deep cleaning of the mico flat, which had become vile from neglect and clutter.
Clearing out loads of crap that was clogging up my space and life has been very theraputic as well as giving me more space to live and work in.
This has had he positive knock on effect i was hoping for - a renewed feeling of living as opposed to just existing.. my goals is to finally turn the flat that has always felt temporary and pretty soulless, into a home at last.
And the best part so far is, giving away the clutter to my mates that actually WANT that stuff, is a win win lol.. great day! Being busy certainly keeps my mind off of food lol...

day 1, weigh in 100.9 kg.
after a 3 year deteriorating battle with PTSD depression and agoraphobia, and the weight gain associated with my seclusion, i have come to the point where it's do or die, literally.
I am not going to go quietly into that good night, dammit!
So here's to a goal of 25 kg loss in one year. You may not believe i can do it, hell i may not really believe it, but i have lost this much before, twice.
They say the third time's the charm eh? lol
Right. Everyone makes resolutions on this day, but mine will happen, because if i don't i will die young and i wanna live to be a troublesome old bat xx
Diane - you will get your self esteem, ego, and health back.
