my attempt to regain my health, redux
Well, when i realised my weight was only going to keep going up and my excuses had run out, i finally got myself back into the gym this week, going along with my neighbour. So far i have managed three times, monday wednesday and today friday. mornings. I have also given up my recreational drug habit and the last obstacle is tackling my insane appetite.
Restarting tracking my intake is a part of that, so here's hoping it works this time.
my foot op recovery is still an issue. If i could go back and talk to myself, i would tell me to forget it, that it caused more pain than it cured, but oh well, eh?
ok, time to fill the fridge with healthy stuff.

long day of graft at the allotment digging cleaning up and generally making it decent, phase 1.
Loads of work still to do, but i was working alone on a cold sunny but breezy day and i am utterly knackered.
Sunshine therapy helped my depression again..
hoping to get back on the die and exercise wagon yet again.. depressions been kicking my ass a bit lately.

keep on keeping on.. i may lower the cals to 1200 today.. the gym isn't ramping up my ,metabolism enough yet.. but i will reach the tipping point soon i know it!

well well well.. went to the gym again, finally, after what must be a week, of depression and sleeping far too much..
it was just an hour but got in a bit of exercise and sweated like a rain forest lol.. stuck to my diet and have even started taking the glucosamine i have been meaning to start for.. a year? lol
now the trick will be to shut my brain off and sleep. if i can.. that is still a problem. but i will get that sorted as well, in the fullness of time xx
hey, least i went to the gym. And this last monday i went back to the woods to walk with a mate again. little victories..
Ah the flat is staying pretty clean and the chores seem to get done regularly now so i guess i am not as depressed as all that.. xx

ah hell yeah.. after almost a week of feeling depressed and having a bad cold, being off my diet and generally feeling like a failure, i got back on track with food and went for a albeit slow and short, but very attitude and heart resetting walk in the woods with my dogs and bestie.
Nothing like nature to make you feel human again. I may be able to get to the gym tonight after all xxx
