Well...its been an ugly few years! Back up to 99.5 kg, had my period everyday for 2 years,had 2 blood transfusions because of my iron count being so low they thought I would have a stroke, now i have started menopause, thank goodness for that!!
Needless to say I had no energy and ate to try and get some.
A few weeks ago I tried the 'Keto' diet, but couldn't stand all the fat, so have switched to an 'alkaline' styled one.
We will see how it goes...would really love to have some energy back, we have just become foster parents to a 2yr old boy, so I'm gonna need it!
