I just spent a weekend with my family. My sister in law thinks she knows what will help me lose weight. She lectures me just about every time we are together especially about my children. Nothing I do is up to her standard.

Today Im starting a low carb diet. Ive been exercising about three times a week. I know I can do this however trying to get my family on board will be a challenge.
