Husband and Father of 2. I work a rotating shift job so eating consistantly is difficult at times. We often have co-workers bring food in the office, and with the least bit of stress or barely a hunger pain I start crushing cookies, chips, whatever is up on the counter. I need to be accountable for what I stuff in my face. I am hoping that posting my weight daily will keep me motivated while I develop new eating and exercising habits.
