My diet has been going pretty well. I can't say I have been eating extremely healthy, but I haven't been eating much. My appetite has been a little low. I have had a lot going on personally lately, with work, church and chores. My girlfriend of 2.5 years and I have decided to part ways, this has been pretty taxing on me personally. I haven't been sleeping or eating as good as usual. My half marathon training has been going really well with the exception of this past Saturday and so far this week. I plan to get back into it. The half marathon is at the end of this month, but I am just not as excited about it as I was previously. But, I'm too far into the training to give up, so I will push on and I shall overcome.
God is good and I know that He has a plan for my life. I may be having a little turmoil in my life right now but I know that I serve an awesome God that has big plans to use me in big ways. I shall keep my head up and praise him in this storm!

I'm happy the scale is down. It is hard to stay diligent and focused on eating healthy when other things in life are consuming attention and stress. It has been an emotionally trying past several weeks and my health and fitness goals have NOT been my priority like they should. I have been pushing through and have not totally put my "diet" on the back burner.
I have continued my half marathon training which included a 9 mile run on Saturday, my longest run to date. I missed a 6 mile run last week due to work and other "priorities".
I will continue on....I am 3 pounds away from my first goal weight.
