FIRST GOAL REACHED!!!
It's been a rough couple weeks struggling with will power and snacking! I made some pretty bad food choices this weekend and binged on snacks, but have been extra diligent the past couple days to try to make up for it.
My bigger concern is long term. I'm 41 now and looking back I realize more than ever that I have a problem with willpower and saying no to snack food. I KNOW what it takes to lose weight and I know what foods are healthy and what foods to stay away from. Losing weight is the easy part...keeping it off is always the struggle for me. I'm not sure what I'll do about it yet, but I've identified the problem and I need to figure out a solution before I get to a weight I am comfortable with again. The last thing I want to do is lose another 30 or 40 pounds, just to settle into complacency and have the weight creep back up again.
On a positive note, I am feeling better about myself, I am fitting better into old clothes, I have more energy to play with my boys, and am noticing more confidence and less self-consciousness when being in public. I am looking forward to summer for the first time in several years!

It's been a slow and tough past couple of weeks. While I know my calorie intake has been higher than it should, for some reason I still cannot stop snacking at night. I eat good during the day, then blow it right at bedtime or around midnight. I didn't think I'd ever break that 303-ish pound mark. But I finally broke through!
On a positive note, my clothes have been fitting much better and I have been feeling better, less tired, and more confident. Actually, right now I am wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in over a year. So al in all, I am pleased with my progress and am still on track to reach my first goal of being below 300 pounds before April 1st.

Have been struggling lately with late night snacking, especially with sweets and candy (chocolate). It's like I have no control after 10:00!
I have been walking more recently and am thinking about how I can make time to get back into some light running. I have started back with the C25K program again and have completed workouts 1 and 2 for week 1, so we'll see where that goes.
I'm planning on having a "cheat" weekend with Mason's 1-year birthday party, but I hope to have some moderation. I'll be cooking a brisket, so I'm sure I'll do plenty of sampling and taste-testing!
It's still looking like my first goal of being below 300 lb. before April 2nd will be achieved, then I will look forward to setting my next weight goal.
