Had some pretty crazy dreams last night which made it hard to sleep throughout the night but, even with all the interruptions I still managed to get about 7 hours total so whatever. I noticed that it was harder to get out of bed but once I was at work I was actually more energetic & motivated to work, so that's good. Plus I was in a better mood than everyone I work with too, lol. The coffee in the morning really pepped me up so I think that's going to become an everyday occurrence. And now it's almost 2:00pm and I can't wait to get off work so I can go home & be a good little house wife & make some healthy dinner then hit up the gym to workout!

Kind of bummed I haven't lost more weight after going and working out for an hour 2 days last week. But that just means I need to work harder this week and make sure that everyday I go for at least an hour & I lowered my RDI level from 1700 calories to 1200 so we'll see how that goes.

Didn't sleep very well at all last night, I thought exercising was supposed to help tire you out... Oh well, at least I was on the elliptical for over an hour; that's incredible for me!!
