First day on Atkins and I'm feeling good ))
I'm eating flax seeds every day so I'm keeping on doing it, but I'm mixing them with kefir (yogurt), and that, of course, adds up on those carbs. Does someone know how to incorporate flaxseeds without yogurt? (once I have access to salad, I could use them with it, but for now it is not possible)

Hello everyone,
I just finished reading the book and thought that the Atkins diet has to be the answer to my slowed weight-loss. I am a vegetarian (I eat fish though), so the adjustment is going to be a little hard, especially since I am still on vacation.But I am willing to commit and since I have been counting my carbs and calories (aiming for a 100gr carbs per day) for quite a long time now, I think it will be great.
I just had breakfast of cheese and one of my salmon patties + flaw seed with a little kefir (I know milk productw except cheese and cream are not allowed, but I'm counting the carbs in my daily intake!!)
