First day on Atkins and I'm feeling good )) I'm eating flax seeds every day so I'm keeping on doing it, but I'm mixing them with kefir (yogurt), and that, of course, adds up on those carbs. Does someone know how to incorporate flaxseeds without yogurt? (once I have access to salad, I could use them with it, but for now it is not possible)
