First week I lost 3 pounds and after that it took me a weelk and a half to loose half a pound. That half a pound is making me feel triumphant.

Must exercise more. Resolving to walk/jog with my dog in between my heavy exercise. and she's heavy too, so she can also do with the exercise.

Well it feels a bit embarrassing but it seems I've gone up about 3 pounds. But maybe I was always at 144 and never at 141. I just started today to use a new scale, a more accurate one. This one says I weigh 144.4.
I was weighing 148 around a week and a half ago so I guess I should be happy that I am down those 3 pounds and have 16 to go.
Also I threw my back last Sunday so I haven't been able to do as much exercise. I've only done exercise twice this past week.
BUT I am not gonna cheat I am gonna face the facts and beat these 20 pounds!

So yesterday I was @ a friend's wedding, I was prepared for it though. Was very diligent with the diet on the days leading to that day so as to counterbalance delicious wedding cake that I was not going to miss for the life of me. So, results? Its looking good I am weighing the same as pre-wedding. Challenge will be and I think forever is, keeping the weight off. In hindsight, cupcake was overkill though.
