I was a fairly active individual until I developed some serious back issues. So over the past 5 years I have had my L4-L5 fused but still deal with daily back pain. It is better than it was. I have had surgery on my right knee, which also took a crap. I got depressed. I ate and drank. I was definitely choosing to go down the dark path.

Times change. Goals change. Dreams line up differently. I have 2 years to lose the weighed, become strong, find my center and establish balance. This will happen. I am on the bright path. Life looks bright again.

Breakfast
So today I was getting breakfast and lunch ready. I open the freezer to grab a couple of premade "egg cups". Welp, I saw a lost 2-pack of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls hanging out in the freezer. So, yeah, I am weak BUT, I am still watching calories! And so, my Bomb Pop and Swiss cakes totaled 310 kcal for breakfast. That's not so bad! Right? Nutritionless, I know.
