Here I sit. Unhappy with my performance this week...again. Did I lose? 1 pound. Is that good enough? NO. Why? Because I lack restraint. Why...BECAUSE THERE ARE DONUTS IN THE BREAKROOM!! Although, this week I track every single calorie every day. I work out 5 days this week. I finally made the decision to sell the house so every day needs to be productive at home after work. The fix-it list is long. It will be a good week. This will be the 3-4 pounds lost that will jump-start me in knowing that we, and when I say we I mean me, will succeed. Chin up, people. Keep the Faith!

Welp, after getting back on the wagon, this morning's weigh-in wasn't as disappointing as I thought it was going to be. I'm down a couple. Now, I wanna see the results when I fully invest. Like I said yesterday, all in this week. Head up!

Why is it that every time I get to the freaking weekend, I blow up everything I did right during the week!?!?!
I have to break this cycle. You don't want to be a fat guy for the rest of your life.

So it begins. With the help of my brothers, I am starting my quest to delete 78 lbs. from my frame. Can I do it? Hell yes! Will I? I have to. I have to. I also think that I have been boozin' way too much, too often. Day 2 of the diet and day two of my drinking hiatus. Booze is poison.
I have two years to hit a deadline that I have established for myself. My midlife, if you will. It will happen. Weight loss is a big part of that. Strength, balance. Education. 2 years from the day my house sells.
