I'm so fed up of how I look and feel. After overcoming my depression episode, finally stepping back onto the scale I was horrified at the numbers I saw. Enough is enough....
Time to get back on track. There's no better time than the present so I'm at it again. I was only able to last 30 minutes while working out before starting to feel nauseous and faint, but 30 mins is better than 0 mins. I'm proud of myself, I feel better (though slightly pained from working muscles that haven't done much in awhile) and working out makes me more conscious of what I'm putting into my mouth. My salad with baked chicken breast was delicious.
I'm gonna do this and once and for all I'll get this fat off my ass... lol :)
