Finally the number on the scale has gone down a bit. I think that 4lb gain a few days ago was due to some serious bloating. Oh how I loathe certain times of the month

I don't know what's wrong.... :(
I workout hard, I log everything that I put into my mouth, I'm staying within my RDI but I've gained 4.2 lbs
It's depressing when you're trying and instead of getting closer to your goal, your getting further from it *sigh*.
As much as I feel like crying my eyes out and saying "screw it, let me have a big greasy burger", I'm gonna keep at it and work even harder from now.
My scale has just successfully pissed me off.... >:( so I'm gonna show it who's boss around here *hmph*

My word!!! That MMA workout I did yesterday made my back ache like hell this morning!! Lol, but that's what I get for not working out in ages. My workout this morning was awesome. Can't believe I made a full hour...Music really makes you push yourself harder :) I really am stronger than I think.
Proud of myself so far. Just gotta keep on track with the food today and that'll make today a great day ;)

Yesterday wasn't so good for me food-wise. It was going great until in the evening when I allowed myself to get too hungry and then end up eating crap. Maybe too I was worried about my mom (she's doing surgery - a double mastectomy this morning) and sought comfort food...I don't know :(
But I'm back on track today...not gonna let this make me quit
